A woman who lost both parents to Covid-19 in the space of 17 days has given evidence to the UK Covid-19 Inquiry (PA) - (PA Archive)

A Scot who lost both parents to Covid-19 in the space of 17 days has told an inquiry that seeing photos of a Downing Street drinks party on the day her mother died felt “cruel”.

Rhona Arthur was giving evidence at the UK Covid-19 Inquiry on Wednesday on behalf of Scottish Covid Bereaved.
