A solo diner sat down at an Olive Garden table for one, ordered water with four or five lemon wedges, and told his server he was ready to order before she’d even gotten through the appetizer menu. What he ordered, though, wasn’t really up to him. For his Never Ending Pasta, he handed every decision over to his waitress, Mia, telling her to pick the noodles, the sauce, and the protein herself.
The exchange, posted by TikTok creator Price Eats, runs just under five minutes and plays out almost entirely as a back-and-forth between the two. “I think I want to try this Never Ending Pasta to start out with,” he told Mia, then added, “I want you to surprise me, all right?” She obliged, first bringing out rigatoni with five-cheese marinara and crispy chicken, along with a bowl of Chicken & Gnocchi soup she described as “kind of like a chicken and dumplings soup.”
