A woman was left feeling 'upset and embarrassed' after a M&S employee allegedly didn't believe she was disabled and blocked her from using the disabled bathrooms.
Tay Beales, 22, was shopping with her girlfriend Freya in Exeter High Street when the incident occurred at around 2pm on May 17.
The couple, who are set to move into a new home together, were enjoying their day out looking for homeware items.
