A woman lost over three stone and became a body builder after moving to Liverpool.
Madoka Moroi moved to the city from Japan before the pandemic and during the covid lockdown she "gained a lot of weight". But with the help of personal trainers Alex Sloan, 28, and 24-year-old Levi Osborne, she went from 74.4kg (11 stone 7lbs) to 51kg (8 stone).
Alex and Levi say they have created a "first of its kind" solution to offer unlimited personal training in Liverpool in a bid to help others build a sustainable lifestyle. Since its formation in May, Limitless Lifestyle Community has over 40 members from different walks of life who are all now part of a community that supports and encourages each other.

Madoka was one of those people, training six times a week, her incredible transformation has allowed her to compete as a body builder. She said: "Whatever your goal is, they offer full support, not only losing weight but also building strength, living a healthier life and in my case participating in a bodybuilding competition.
"I feel so much stronger than before both mentally and physically. This is not just a personal training gym but the best fitness community ever and it’s amazing to think I’m a bodybuilder now."
Alex, who was inspired by his own journey, said: "One of the biggest benefits we’ve found is helping people get out of the rut of alcohol and drug abuse. For me personally this is massive as I have been in that position and it took me a long time to pull myself out of that dark place alone.
"I don’t want anyone to have to go through that on their own again and I truly believe we’ve created a place where we can help and support without judgement."
Members of Limitless Lifestyle Community have access to one session per day, seven days a week for a set monthly fee — meaning the more they use the service the better value it becomes.
Alex added: "Levi and I have been personal trainers for a few years now and we’ve seen so many people develop eating disorders through unsustainable diet plans and they have developed serious body image issues from the pressure of achieving a six pack in six weeks. We thought we’d put an end to this unrealistic and unhealthy approach to living a healthy lifestyle.
"Your health is your wealth and our main focus is to break down unhealthy habits and provide the tools and support to develop new, healthy and most importantly sustainable habits. Say no to the quick fix and change your life forever."
Limitless Lifestyle Community has become a big hit amongst its members — with a five star rating on Trust Pilot and some amazing transformations. The community is growing rapidly and life-long friendships have been born.
Co-Founder Levi Osborne added: "Since the Covid pandemic we have now entered a mental health pandemic. A lot of people are lonely, their mental health has deteriorated and they feel there is no way back to feeling amazing.
"We offer more than just a gym, we offer a community that acts as a support network for everyone on the journey to a lasting healthy lifestyle. We aim to give people the tools to truly make a lasting change, through unlimited sessions, a holistic approach incorporating mental health practises, a personalised nutrition plan, events, 24/7 support and a community of great people.
"There’s nothing like this out there and we aim to revolutionize the way people use personal training and learn to love themselves again."
