Woman seriously injured in Stanningley Bypass crash in Leeds

A woman is seriously injured following a crash in Leeds.

The crash, which happened at the Stanningley Bypass junction with the B1655 slip road at around 7.15pm on Friday, June 16, involved a a black Volkswagen Passat and a silver Ford B-Max.

The 70-year-old driver of the B-Max was taken to hospital in an ambulance after suffering serious injuries. Her injuries are not life-threatening.
