A TikTok creator said she booked a Pilates class through ClassPass and arrived at a building where she could not find an open studio. Claire, who posts as @claireliciousness and appears on her profile as clairebear, filmed the walk in a first-person video that has gained 2 million views, 111,100 likes, and over 930 comments.
In the clip, she appeared in blue jeans and a dark top outside a glass storefront. On-screen text read, “just showed up to a Pilates class through ClassPass for it to be fake.” Her caption said she was “seriously so mad” and told ClassPass to “check to see if the studios you’re letting people book are actually REAL.”
