If there's anyone who knows how to carve a pumpkin, it's an Irish person.
After all, we invented Halloween (via Samhain) and the majority of things to do with it, like banshees, bonfires and both growing and carving pumpkins.
The less said about carving turnips the better, particularly the grotesque ones.
