A couple's Greek getaway turned into a holiday from hell after they crashed a quad bike.
Louise Keen and Jamie Thompson flew out to Halkidiki in Greece for a family wedding on June 1. The pair were enjoying a seven night stay in the sunny paradise and decided to hire out quad bikes on day five to explore the Island.
However, the couple, from Carlisle, lost control of the quad bike and the injuries from the horror accident meant they were unable to fly home. Jamie, 34, was driving the vehicle and was left with severe back and hip pain as well as giant bruises.
