Woman pedestrian in her 60s dies after crash involving silver Mercedes

A woman in her 60s has died following a road crash.

North Wales Police is appealing for witnesses following the incident which took place in Lon Conwy, Benllech, on the Isle of Anglesey. It happed at 3.30pm on Saturday, April 2.

The woman was a pedestrian and the incident involved a grey Mercedes. Police have not yet named the woman. You can get more local news and other story updates by subscribing to our newsletters here.

In a statement, a North Wales Police spokesman said: "We are appealing for witnesses following an RTC on Lon Conwy, Benllech at which a pedestrian in her 60s died. The incident occurred at 3.30pm and involved a silver grey Mercedes. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting reference B045536."
