A holidaymaker on a package break arrived at her accommodation in Poland only to find out the hotel had been closed for two years.
Patricia Jubb was looking forward to some time away having booked a package holiday with Expedia in May this year.
The 56-year-old said she couldn't get hold of Anton Apartments Piekna - the hotel she was staying at - to inform them of her late arrival in Warsaw.
