A car driver struck a woman in her 60s before fleeing the scene.
Merseyside Police appealed for information following a fail to stop crash that injured a pedestrian. Officers received reports that a woman in her 60s was hit by a white car on Wallasey Road, Wallasey on Saturday, November 19 at around 8pm.
The victim sustained injuries including soreness and bruising the body. The driver failed to stop at the scene. Merseyside Police has carried out an investigation into the crash since it happened including CCTV enquiries.
