A woman who woke up with "black and blue" toes lost both her legs after a life-threatening blood clot.
Jo Spencer, a type one diabetic, woke up in April 2020 and discovered her toes were discoloured and went straight to hospital.
She was told doctors had discovered an "unexplained" blood clot in her aorta artery, which had no connection with her diabetes.
