A woman on TikTok says her ex-boyfriend stole $60,000 from her over the course of their relationship. The creator named Emily, who posts under the username @emily1ara, said she spent more than two years trying to move on from the financial and emotional damage before deciding to share her story publicly.
Her videos, posted as a series, have drawn hundreds of thousands of views. The first TikTok video alone gained 148,500 views and more than 11,600 likes.
