A woman says she is fighting to reclaim a Las Vegas property left behind by her father, who won over $13 million from the Michigan Lottery in 2013 and had spent nearly all of it by the time he died in 2023. The woman, who goes by @theartofwahr on TikTok, has been sharing updates on the ongoing legal dispute across multiple videos.
According to the TikToker, her father chose to take a lump sum payment of approximately $8.4 million after taxes. She claims he spent the money on construction equipment for a business he never started, as well as on gambling, vacations, and other luxuries.
