An Asda worker told a woman to "follow me" after seeing her upset in the store.
Sue, who works in the Grange Road store in Ellesmere Port, was approached by a woman to see if anything was handed in to staff. The woman couldn't find a £20 note she was going to use to pay for her electricity bill.
When Sue told the customer, who had young children, told her nothing had been handed into staff the woman became "upset". It was then kind-hearted Sue, who has worked for the supermarket giant for 25 years, stepped in.
