A woman who was forced to move out of the family home just ten days after her mum died was wrongly told she owed the council £1,600 for the house.
Sophie Kelly-Sullivan, from Bootle, Merseyside, was told by her mum's former neighbour she had "final notice" to pay the council tax bill, despite the fact she didn't live there.
Jeanette Marie Kelly, 60, died on March 15, two weeks after she was taken to hospital over her deteriorating health.
