Woman hailed as 'super-mum' for sleep trick that sees kids get 12 hours a night

As any parent of a young baby will tell you, getting them to sleep throughout the night can feel like an impossible task, and by extension, the parents themselves barely get any rest either.

But one family sleep coach has been hailed as a "super-mum" for helping parents get their little ones to sleep without problems, as she managed to get both of her children to sleep a full 12 hours a night from an early age.

Sophie Middleton, who is professionally known as The Night Night Nanny, said her two daughters were sleeping full nights from 7pm until 7am from the ages of 10 weeks and 14 weeks respectively, and aside from night feeds and the occasional early morning which she can "count on one hand", her system hasn't failed her.
