A woman has told of how her husband suddenly disappeared and 'ghosted' her as soon as he had his visa approved.
Isabelle Glastonbury, 31, fell for her American lover after meeting in 2015, and they decided to move to her native Australia after they got engaged.

The pair wed in a lavish $50,000 AUD (£27,000) ceremony – but their love story quickly turned into a mystery tale when he disappeared without warning report the Mirror.
After celebrating her hubby's visa approval with a romantic dinner, Isabelle alleges she came home to 90% of his belongings gone from their home.
She told Daily Mail Australia that she couldn't log in to their online immigration account, and found he had left her with maxed-out credit cards.
Isabelle was also blocked on his phone, none of my calls or messages going through."
She claims her husband also "ghosted" their friends too, leaving everyone completely in the dark about what was going on.
She said: “All of our mutual friends, the best man from our wedding and his own family, no one knew where he was."
Her family had even stumped up the $10,000 (£5,300) for his application themselves, and she was left shocked when immigration authorities did little to help when she and her friend reported him.
Looking back, Isabelle recalls her husband becoming more "distant" in the months before his shock departure.
She says he started "disappearing at night", and she felt like she was married to a "complete stranger".
The couple reportedly haven't spoken much about their breakup, other than during a brief meet-up in February 2021 where he explained to her that he 'had to be single'.
Isabelle claims she was told through friends that her ex has since remarried – and she has also found a new partner herself in her high school sweetheart, Max.
She now believes she missed crucial 'red flags' during the relationship, and thinks she could have spotted what was going to happen sooner.
Isabelle warned: "Don’t be blind, because I’m sure I could have seen the signs before this happened and I just ignored it.
"You never really know who you’re sleeping next to."
