A woman has been left fuming after her neighbour demanded she stop using the bottom half of her own garden because it 'affects his privacy'.
The resident was shocked at the request from one of her neighbours after he tried to place restrictions on where she could enjoy her back garden.
He claimed that using the lower half affected his privacy but after the woman took measures to address this, he fumed that he wanted his view back.
