Eager shoppers queued around the block at Boots in the Mall in Cribbs Causeway to be first in line for No7’s new Future Renew Damage Reversal skincare range. The range, which launched in Bristol last Wednesday, is said to contain a world-first super peptide blend proven to reverse the appearance of multiple signs of skin damage.
And it's so good that one woman has now been able to ditch her foundation after using the product. Manchester Evening News reporter, Rachel Pugh, said she's turning 31 so it's prime time to make sure I'm using preventative measures to stop fine lines and wrinkles from appearing.
She said: "For complete transparency, I've had filler in some areas of my face, but I've not yet started Botox, so I'm keen to find products which can help me prolong youthful skin for as long as possible. As I've only been using the products for a week, I've also included some reviews from the original blind panel in the piece, so as to give a more rounded take on the more long-term benefits of using the Boots No7 Future Renew anti-ageing range.

"My favourite product in the Boots No7 Future Renew range is the No7 Future Renew Serum 50ml - which costs £42.95 for 50ml or £35.95 for 25ml. The No7 Future Renew Serum reverses visible signs of skin damage; fine lines and wrinkles, uneven tone and texture, dry skin and the feeling of lost firmness in 4 weeks."
It uses world-first peptide technology, Pepticology to support the skin’s natural self-repair. In a trial on 4,000 women, it was found that the serum worked after one week of use, and made skin tone and texture look more even, and the appearance of dryness was improved and fine lines appeared plumped.
She added: "The No7 Future Renew Serum also made my skin so flawless, I've started to use it as a primer before applying my makeup. Because it smooths out my skin so much, my foundation goes over effortlessly, and I've noticed it lasts a lot longer, too.
"With the No7 Future Renew Serum as a base under my foundation, I've noticed considerably less creasing and pores appearing later in the day. I'm impressed, that's for sure. Having only launched a few days ago, the No7 Future Renew Serum 50ml already has more than 140 five-star reviews on the Boots website."
The new range comprises four skin products - a day cream, night cream, face serum and eye serum - that No7 says will support replicate the skin’s natural repair process and has been described as a game changer for consumers. Users of the serum said it reduced the appearance of skin lines and wrinkles after four weeks, the brand reports.
The damage reversal SPF40 day cream, night cream and serum cost £34.95 each (with the 50ml serum costing £42.95) and the eye serum is priced at £24.95. Online, you can purchase a bundle of all four products for £85.
Online shoppers were looking to snap up the new No7 range from Boots were placed in a virtual queue after hundreds flocked to the website this morning, Daily Record reports. Hundreds of people have already reviewed the day cream, with several saying their skin was "glowing" after use, although several others said the consistency was too thick for their liking.
The dermatologically approved No7 Future Renew range is available nationwide at Boots stores, boots.com and no7beauty.co.uk.
