A woman from New York has come forward with a disturbing account of being allegedly drugged with a date rape substance and abandoned on a Manhattan street after attending a concert featuring Sean 'Diddy' Combs during his Diddy-Dirty Money tour. The incident reportedly took place on April 22, 2011, at the Hammerstein Ballroom, where the woman and a friend engaged with a security guard and were granted backstage access to meet the performer.

The woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous due to concerns of potential repercussions from the music mogul, has enlisted the services of attorney Bob Macedonio to pursue legal action. Macedonio, known for representing hip-hop artist 50 Cent in the past, stated that they are currently gathering evidence, including police and medical records, and interviewing witnesses.

Despite the woman's account being supported by her mother, who recalled meeting her at the hospital following the alleged incident, law enforcement authorities have been unable to locate records of the reported drugging. The woman described being led backstage to a room filled with balloons and Ciroc, where she was handed a drink and subsequently lost consciousness.

She later awoke on a Manhattan sidewalk near her car, with her friend also experiencing memory loss from the night. Feeling unwell, the woman contacted her mother and sought medical attention, undergoing a sexual assault examination that revealed the presence of date rape drugs in her system but no signs of penetration.

Following the incident, the woman discovered unfamiliar numbers in her phone and attempted to piece together the events of the night. Her lawyer's efforts to obtain medical records were met with a response from the hospital indicating that the documents had been purged in accordance with state regulations.

With recent federal investigations and legal actions against Combs, including sex trafficking charges and civil lawsuits, the woman decided to seek legal representation. She expressed the emotional toll of not knowing what transpired and voiced concerns over the allegations against Combs, emphasizing the importance of vigilance when consuming drinks in social settings.

Combs is currently in custody facing federal charges and a series of sex assault lawsuits, with a criminal trial scheduled to commence in May. The accuser's decision to pursue justice sheds light on the complexities of addressing such incidents and seeking accountability in cases of alleged misconduct.
