A woman who accidentally sent some of her own belongings to ASOS when returning an item to the online retailer has been told she can't have it back because of the store policy. Ffion Morgan, 21, from south Wales, returned a parcel to Asos in December, reports the BBC.
They quickly sent her an email saying she had accidentally sent something so ASOS in her package which did not originally come from the retailer. But they won't say what it is and won't send it back.
A customer care representative for ASOS told the BBC that if a customer's belongings are found, they will be contacted via email and asked to identify the missing item. Ffion has no idea what she may have accidentally sent - and ASOS suggested she 'have a little rummage around the house and ask family members if anything is missing'.
