I'm A Celebrity fans will be left disappointed this weekend as the show won't air on either Saturday or Sunday, with viewers now having to ait until Monday for their next slice of All Stars action. And ITV's decision to pull the new series for two nights comes right after a brutal elimination sent both Shaun Ryder and Gillian McKeith packing on Friday.
Hosts Ant and Dec had the unenviable job of breaking news of the double eviction as millions of people tuned in at home to watch Friday's show, with the Geordie duo revealing to the campmates in South Africa that three of them would be taking part in the first survival trial of All Stars, with those three being Jordan Banjo, Phil Tufnell and Happy Mondays star Shaun.
Each of the trio had to pick another celeb to join forces with for the challenge, knowing that the losers would be sent home. Shaun shocked everyone by choosing Gillian, given their tumultuous history when they both starred in I'm A Celebrity back in 2010. And the surprising double act didn't pay off, as they failed to release themselves from shackles and had to face an early exit.

I'm A Celebrity viewers and Ant and Dec were upset by the outcome, given that Shaun and Gillian had arguably been the most entertaining campmates in the show so far and now fans will have to wait until Monday to see if there are any repercussions of their exit or if someone else will follow them straight out of the show.
Ant and Dec will be on television on Saturday night as Britain's Got Talent continues, but the latest episode of the long running programme won't be followed by I'm A Celebrity, with The 1% Club airing instead. And on Sunday night, the primetime 9pm slot will be filled by the second part of ITV's new medical thriller Malpractice.
