The Palm Beach County sheriff, Ric Bradshaw, revealed that the witness saw the suspect fleeing from the bushes and managed to capture a picture of the suspect's vehicle, which ultimately led to the suspect's detention.
Sheriff Bradshaw stated that the Palm Beach County sheriff's office received a report of shots fired by the US Secret Service at 1:30 p.m. ET. The witness approached the authorities and informed them about seeing the suspect running from the bushes and getting into a black Nissan. The witness also took a photograph of the vehicle along with its license plate, which proved to be instrumental in tracking down the suspect.
