Vlismas has been forced out of UFC Fight Night 211 due to personal reasons and Penne (14-6 MMA, 3-4 UFC) will step in to face Tabatha Ricci (7-1, 2-1 UFC) on Oct. 1 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
