A Wisconsin family is planning to sue the child care provider Kinder Care after their baby, who is not even one year old, tested positive for cocaine. The parents, Kimberly Hobson and James Staples, along with their attorney, Be Ivory Lamar, are taking legal action following the disturbing incident.
Kimberly expressed deep concern for her son's well-being, noting significant changes in his behavior since attending the daycare. She described how he has become restless, struggles to sleep, and exhibits tantrums, which is heartbreaking for her as a mother.
