Governor Tony Evers signed Executive Order #300 on Tuesday declaring a state of emergency. The order names one consequence that most storm coverage skips past: disruptions to public water systems. A boil water advisory remains in effect for the Village of Fox Crossing east of the Fox River and for City of Menasha residents served by the Fox Crossing utility.
