Wirral's weekly Covid infections drop by a third

Covid-19 Wirral Liverpool City Region England

Positive Covid tests have dropped by a third in Wirral.

According to the latest data from Public Health England, the peninsula recorded 825 cases in the week ending April 18. That's 421 fewer cases than in the previous seven days.

In Wirral, the week-on-week percentage change figure dropped by 34%.
