New Delhi: Winter Session of Parliament to begin from November 25 and will continue till December 20, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said on Tuesday.
The winter session will take place after the completion of Maharashtra and Jharkhand Assembly election elections.

A special event will be held in the Central Hall to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution on November 26.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, in a social media post, confirmed that the government's recommendation to convene both Houses (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha) of the Parliament during this period was approved by President Droupadi Murmu.

Many important bills and issues are to be discussed in both the Houses of Parliament in the coming winter session.
According to reports, the winter session is likely to be stormy as the One Nation-One Election and Waqf Bills are expected to be discussed in this session.
