Russian athletes will compete as neutrals at the Winter Paralympic Games in Beijing

Russian athletes have been given the all-clear to compete at the Winter Paralympics following an International Paralympic Committee (IPC) executive board meeting in Beijing on Wednesday.

The IPC went against the advice of their IOC counterparts for a wholesale ban on Russian and Belarusian competitors at Beijing 2022.
