Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood And Honey 3 Officially In Development

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 (2024)

Exciting news for fans of the Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey franchise as a third movie is officially in the works. Following the recent release of Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2, it has been revealed that the upcoming installment will have an even bigger budget than its predecessor.

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 3 is set to introduce more beloved characters from the world of A.A. Milne, with Rabbit and the heffalumps being transformed into nightmarish creations alongside Pooh, Piglet, and Tigger.

The production companies behind the franchise have announced their commitment to continue exploring the darker side of childhood tales in this new movie. The third installment will be part of the expanding 'Poohniverse,' which will bring together characters from various horror versions of classic stories for a crossover event titled Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble.

Director Rhys Frake-Waterfield and writer Matt Leslie are set to return for Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 3, following the success of the previous films. The sequel, Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2, has taken a meta approach to the original story while adding new characters like Tigger and Owl to the mix.

The movie stars Scott Chambers as Christopher Robin and Ryan Oliva as Winnie the Pooh, with a talented supporting cast. While the second installment initially received a perfect rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the current score stands at 53% with critics, but the audience score remains high at 82%.

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 is currently in theaters for a limited three-day run, giving fans a chance to experience the horror-filled world of the Hundred Acre Wood once again.
