WinCo Foods is recalling its store-brand hoagie rolls sold in seven Western states because the bread contains sesame flour that is not listed on the label. People with a sesame allergy could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they eat the rolls, according to the company's announcement posted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on October 22.
The rolls were sold at WinCo Foods stores in California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. No illnesses had been reported as of the announcement.
