Premiership side Rangers and Ligue 1 big-hitters Monaco are reportedly keen on Royal Antwerp defender William Pacho.
The 21-year-old has enjoyed a meteoric rise since swapping life in Ecuador with Independiente del Valle with a move to Belgium 12 months ago. And that leap of faith has proved the right call with his eye-catching displays leading to a slew of scouts running the rule over his burgeoning potential.
And now Nieuwsblad Sport state both the Ibrox side and Monaco have been regular visitors. But they expect Antwerp to seek a bumper fee for a player whose contract runs until 2027. Rangers boss Michael Beale is adamant he is only seeking quality additions to his side and revealed his focus has shifted to transfers after the clash with Celtic. And Pacho appears a player primed for a move to a bigger club in the near future. Rangers have also been linked with Birmingham City loanee Dion Sanderson who is thriving away from Wolves. But a permanent deal appears unlikely with the Blues keen for Sanderson to see out the season.
