Pop princess Kylie Minogue and Canadian singer Shawn Mendes were among the celebrities at Prince William’s Earthshot Prize awards ceremony.

The Prince of Wales hailed the next generation of environmentalists at the event in Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday, saying the “future belongs to them” as his Prize celebrated solutions to repair the planet.
