Does the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra's S Pen support Bluetooth features?

Best answer: The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra's S Pen does not support Bluetooth, just like the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Samsung removed this feature due to very low usage, and it's unlikely it will add it back for the foreseeable future.

How many people actually care about Bluetooth in the S Pen?

As it turns out, not many. According to usage data obtained by Samsung, less than 1% of users actually cared about Bluetooth in the S Pen, so it's not surprising that this feature is missing in the Galaxy S26 Ultra as well. The main feature to be removed from the S Pen by ditching Bluetooth is Air Actions, which lets you snap a picture using the S Pen's button as a shutter release or flick gestures to interact with the phone.

One thing that has changed is that the S Pen in the Galaxy S26 Ultra gets a slight redesign to blend with the phone's new curvy shape. This is in line with what was leaked back in September.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is now available for purchase as of March 11. Despite earlier rumors of the phone being more expensive than last year, we're glad that Samsung has kept the starting price the same at $1,299.99. It's still a premium device, and Samsung intends to keep it that way since it's the hero product in the lineup.

Some of the changes in the Galaxy S26 Ultra that I'm personally excited to see are the lower weight and thickness. This should be a huge improvement when using it every day, especially when compared to the boxy and sharper angles of past models. The Privacy Display feature is also going to be super-handy for all those who commute by public transport and wish to keep snooping eyes off their content. Lastly, I'm excited to see how that wider aperture on the 5x telephoto camera improves low-light zoom shots.
