Buckingham Palace have not confirmed or denied that the Queen will make an appearance today.
ITV Royal Editor Chris Ship said: "The Queen made day one of these four days of celebrations, she was missing on day two and day three, everyone is hoping therefore that there will be a balcony appearance at Buckingham Palace, we simply don't know.
"It will depend on how she feels and whether she has been recharging over the past couple of days.
"I have to say if she makes if she's going to see a very eclectic mix of things, everyone wants to see the Queen at the end of the mall.
"I think the thing to look out for today is the lowering of the Union flag above Buckingham Palace and the raising of the Sovereign standard and if that goes up, that means the Queen is there and that we will see her."
