It hasn't taken long for Aaron Rodgers to make his presence felt as the new QB1 for the Jets. But the buzz from Sunday's training camp practice is coming in as strong, if not stronger for New York's top wide receiver, Garrett Wilson.
Wilson, who was named the 2022 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, seems to have already built a strong rapport with Rodgers, and the duo sent the internet into a frenzy with one highlight-reel touchdown.
Rodgers scrambled to his right and threw an absolute laser to Wilson in the back of the end zone, which is a play Jets fans hope to see repeated many times this season.

Wilson's catch was so unreal that whoever took this video nearly got faked out, expecting the pass to fly right past Wilson.

As the hype surrounding the Jets' new QB-WR duo continues to pick up steam, even Rodgers's former teammate and go-to wideout had to chime in. Long-time Packers and current Raiders star Davante Adams posted the play on his Instagram while showing love to his old quarterback and New York's top pass-catcher in Wilson.
Davante Adams posted on his IG story the clip of Garrett Wilson’s spectacular Touchdown catch from Aaron Rodgers and says:

Adams seems to be buying stock in the Jets offense, and after watching this play along with a few other clips from the team's early practices, it's hard not to agree with him.
