‘Why you gotta steal mine?’: Mississippi man says his Walmart TV delivery was marked ‘delivered.’ But the delivery driver didn’t drop it off

A Mississippi man said a replacement television he expected at his house never reached the porch, even after the Walmart order was marked delivered. Keghan Livingston, who posts on TikTok as @keghanlivingston, told the story in a video that had drawn thousands of views. The caption on the post read, “I can’t stand a d–n thief.”

In the clip, Livingston spoke to the camera from what appeared to be a covered outdoor porch with string lights. He wore a camouflage baseball cap and a gray T-shirt. On-screen text carried the same line as the caption, along with the tags #thief #walmartdelivery #nogood.

He said the television on their back porch, where they sit “pretty much almost every night,” had gone out the week before. He said his wife, whom he referred to as Jeff Moore, ordered a new one on Walmart.com for delivery. He and his wife were at their daughter’s soccer game, he said, so she called his mother to wait at the house for the driver.

The drop-off, he said, was watched by his mother

Livingston named the driver as Jamara. He said she was from Laurel, Mississippi, and that she drove a blue SUV. He claimed she pulled into the driveway, marked the order delivered, then left with the television still with her.

“She comes to deliver my TV,” he said. “My mom’s sitting here. She pulls in my driveway, clicks the delivered button, backs up, and hauls a– and steals my d–n TV.” He said his mother watched it happen and tried to wave the driver down to stop her. The delivery was marked complete even though the driver never handed it over, as a Maryland woman captured on her doorbell camera a man allegedly stealing her delivered package.

He said his mother called him from the house. He said he tried to get there from the soccer game to look for the driver, but he could not find her. “And she stole my TV,” he said. “Why steal somebody’s TV? Just, you got a job, go buy your own d–n TV. Why you gotta steal mine? You piece of s–t.”

His wife, Jessmar Livingston, commented on the video and shared a screenshot of the delivery page. She wrote, “Tik tok do your thing! This is the delivery driver that decided to keep our tv for self.” The image showed a driver profile labeled Jamara, an order number listed, and an item total.

Spark Driver app guidance tells drivers to slide an arrival bar, scan order labels, and, for no-contact drops, take a photo showing the order and where it was left before sliding to confirm the drop-off. Walmart‘s help page for orders marked delivered but not found tells customers to check the confirmation photo, use chat, and request a refund by starting a return.

Livingston did not say in the video whether a delivery photo was attached to this order. The confirmation photo is meant to settle where an order was left, as in the case of a DoorDash customer who said her delivery photo showed a front door and mat at a house she didn’t recognize.

Viewers pushed him to take the complaint further. One commenter told him to contact Walmart and press charges, writing, “Call WM and Press Charges!!! Thieves DISGUST ME.” Another said the situation showed a lack of respect, writing, “Folks just ain’t got no respect anymore smh.” A third urged him to file both a complaint and a police report, writing, “That’s just sad. I hope you file a complaint, file a police report AND get your tv back.”

A viewer asked whether the television had been replaced. Livingston replied, “Yea they are replacing it.” He did not say in that reply whether a police report had been filed.
