U.K. prime minister Andy Burnham responded to news of Manchester City being found guilty of 114 out of the 115 Premier League charges against the club with calls for calm.

“I think these are reports at this stage,” Burnham told ITV Granada Reports. “But if they’re confirmed, obviously I will want to look at the report of the independent commission.”
