People who prefer staying up late and eating most of their meals at night may be at a greater risk of developing obesity and metabolic health problems, according to a new study.
Researchers found that night owls were more likely to have a higher body fat percentage, increased belly fat, poorer blood sugar control and less favourable cholesterol levels than people who naturally wake up early.
