Hey, Stetson Bennett — formerly the QB for the national championship-winning Georgia — is a pretty good quarterback, right?
He was able to take down TCU in the national title game and was a Heisman contender. So if you’re here, you might be wondering why he’s dropping in the 2023 NFL Draft.
There are a few possible answers to that question. For one, he’s 25 years old, and that usually means NFL teams won’t want to draft a player considered “old.”
There’s also his measureables: He’s 5-foot-11 and 192 pounds, which also means he’s undersized for an NFL QB.
So: Maybe he’s drafted in the later rounds. But that’s why he’s dropping.
