Nottingham Forest travel to Southampton on Wednesday evening for a 7.30pm kick-off at St. Mary's Stadium in a real relegation six-pointer.
Steve Cooper's side are bouncing into this one after battling to a draw with Chelsea, keeping the West Londoners quiet in the second half. A win on the south coast would be even more valuable to their prospects of staying in the Premier League, though.
Aside from knocking out Sheffield Wednesday and Lincoln City in the League Cup, the Saints have not win a game since mid-October when they beat Bournemouth at home. They are languishing at the bottom of the table with just 12 points as a result.

Nathan Jones is looking for his first league win as manager since succeeding Ralph Hasenhuttl in the job, but Southampton have the worst home record in the division (six points from eight games). Forest are the worst away team with two points from eight games, so something has to give here.
