In the video shared on the Instagram page, Bharat IN, a lady is seen dressing up her cow. The video starts with her combing the animal's hair, then goes on to tie a band around her head. The video goes too far, as the cattle is even seen wearing an anklet. Not just that, the woman also dresses up the cattle in a special saree-like dress for the festival.
