Manchester United were denied a penalty as they chased a late winner against Fulham despite Calvin Bassey handling the ball in the 18-yard box.

Michael Carrick’s side were trailing in the second half after Lisandro Martinez’s laughable own goal, but drew level through a heavily deflected hit from Matheus Cunha.
