Kristaps Porzingis is having the best season of his career with the Boston Celtics. The Celtics acquired him in a trade with the Washington Wizards, which was a steal for Boston. Porzingis has shown notable improvement in various areas of his game, including playing closer to the basket and becoming more efficient with his shots.
He has also matured and bought into the team’s game plan, leading to remarkable results. The Latvian big man fits well with the Celtics’ style of play, benefiting from the team’s great spacing and offensive threats. Defensively, Porzingis has been a valuable asset, holding opponents to a low shooting percentage near the basket and excelling in pick-and-roll defense.
His arrival has strengthened the Celtics’ defense and added another scoring threat to their roster.
