Why Kim Jong-un takes his own toilet wherever he goes ‘to protect his faeces’

Kim Jong-un is said to take his own personal toilet with him every time he goes out - because he "doesn't trust" public loos.

The North Korean dictator has built-in facilities in all his cars and now will only go in the vehicle, it has been reported.

The motors, including his bulletproof Mercedes Benz, have been modified so he can ' protect his faeces’.

Guarded Jong-un is said not to use standard toilets in case his stools fall into the wrong hands.

His personal toilets are supervised by his bodyguards - and anyone caught using them could be sentenced to death, it has been claimed.

It would be “unthinkable” for the leaders to use a regular public bathroom and sources say his poo must be overseen as they "contain information about his health status".

His condition has caused a lot of debate in the past few years and he has recently slimmed down after shedding a whopping 3st.

“The restrooms are not only in Kim Jong-un's personal train but whatever small or midsize cars he is travelling with and even in special vehicles that are designed for mountainous terrain or snow," the insider said.

“There are multiple vehicles within the convoy so that people cannot tell which one he is in, and there is a separate car that acts as his restroom.”

The Supreme Leader's diet is said to be much improved, cutting out luxury Swiss cheese, lobster and alcohol.

Sources claim he has changed his ways after getting through up to 10 bottles of wine per day.

Jong-un was previously considered morbidly obese - after he topped the scales at 22st stone.

In 2012 he had a reported body mass index of 49.

Experts warned he was "a heart attack waiting to happen" due to severe obesity being connected to a fourfold increase in cardiac failure.

Last month it was reported he has banned laughing for 11 days to mark 10 years of rule, and commemorate the anniversary of the death of his father.

A North Korean from the border city of Sinuiju, told Radio Free Asia: “During the mourning period, we must not drink alcohol, laugh or engage in leisure activities.

“Even if your family member dies during the mourning period, you are not allowed to cry out loud and the body must be taken out after it's over.

“People cannot even celebrate their own birthdays if they fall within the mourning period.”
