Asda announced a bargain £1 meal deal last week in a bid to ease the cost of living crisis for the elderly.
Shoppers over the age of 60 will be able to benefit from a cheap ‘winter warmer’ meal deal at Asda cafes as the temperatures begin to dip.
The offer will include soup, a roll and unlimited tea and coffee for just £1 in any of the supermarket’s 205 cafes — all day, every day throughout November and December.
