Jayden Federline has dismissed viral conspiracy theories claiming Britney Spears is dead, arguing that the internet continues to fall for misinformation because people mistake popularity on social media for proof.

The 19-year-old addressed the rumours during an Instagram Live after a viewer asked about online theories surrounding his mother.
