United Therapeutics Corporation (NASDAQ:UTHR) released data on Tuesday from its TETON-2 study evaluating the use of nebulized Tyvaso (treprostinil) Inhalation Solution for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).

The study met its primary efficacy endpoint of demonstrating improvement in absolute forced vital capacity (FVC) relative to placebo. FVC is a standard pulmonary function test.
