Kshama was never designed for this
The Sanskrit concept of kshama, forgiveness, forbearance, appears in the Mahabharata as one of the highest virtues a person can hold. It is praised as the quality of the strong, not the weak. But kshama, in its classical sense, is a one-person practice. It asks what you will do with your anger. It does not ask what the person who hurt you will do with the harm they caused.
